Newborn Session at Home with Siblings

Alabama Film Newborn Photographer

Earlier this spring, I visited Allison and her family to celebrate the end of her pregnancy with a maternity session. Their gallery was filled with images reflective of this high-energy, loving season of life.

I’m back, sharing a few favorite images from her newborn session welcoming Sawyer to the family.

Getting The Siblings Involved

I think it is safe to say every mother hopes to get that perfect shot of all her children in one frame.

The key to working with siblings is…patience.

Film photography, especially with small children, requires a lot of patience. I walk into your home ready to earn your kid’s trust and I’m here for FUN. To ensure you don’t feel stressed, I don’t limit your session to a certain amount of time.

Documenting Baby Details

I believe babies belong in their mother’s arms, not in a froggy pose on a bean bag. I photographed Sawyer’s tiny toes, little nose, hair swirl, and sweet profile as he was loved on by his family.

The Session Collective

I adore working with repeat clients. Further, I wanted a way to make it easy to document your family’s growth over a year.

Did you know I offer a session collective? Learn more about this offering by reaching out via my inquiry page.

Are you in Central Alabama and growing your family this year? I’d love to work with you! Send me a message today to reserve your maternity and newborn session.
