Pregnancy Announcement Photographer

I squealed with excitement (and sent about five all-capital letter texts) when this sweet mama texted me she was expecting. It is truly an honor to have been asked to photograph their pregnancy announcement.

We met at Kiesel Park, one of my favorite outdoor venues for photos, on a chilly January afternoon. The mid-forty degree temperature didn’t bother these two – they snuggled up and truly were radiating joy and warmth. We chased the sun and hunted for little bits of color and spring.

Here are a few of my favorite photos from Morgan and Ben’s announcement session, documented on both digital and film.

Why Hire a Pregnancy Announcement Photographer?

I love supporting women through all stages of motherhood. Hiring a photographer to share the exciting news of your pregnancy is a great way to surprise friends and family with the news. There is something so special about having this BIG, exciting secret and basking in all the feelings that come with early pregnancy with just your partner. I can keep your secret safe while making sure you feel supported and have an amazing session experience.

Hiring a pregnancy announcement photographer also sets the stage for purposefully documenting your motherhood journey – something I’m incredibly passionate about. I would love to work with you throughout motherhood, photographing your maternity session, newborn sessions, and beyond.

If you’re in Central Alabama, I would love to work with your family. Learn more about my motherhood sessions here.
